This is the ideal tour for the whole family, whether you grew up with the Harry Potter books and movies, or your kids did,  this fun tour is definitely for you! On this half day guided walking tour, your expert guide will reveal magical film locations along with favourite places of Harry’s author and creator: J.K. Rowling ( eg. charming Cecil Court ).    Tour starts at the entrance to Southwark Cathedral, just a 5 minute walk from London Bridge station. On the tour you will experience: Borough Market and site of the Leaky Cauldron, the pub for wizards where Harry stays before the start of a new Hogwarts’ school term.  We see the doomed Brockdale Bridge, the real-life Millenium bridge across the Thames, destroyed by the Death Eaters. And also the nearby Globe Theatre, reconstructed in the 1990’s to be an exact replica of Shakespeare’s original Globe, seen in Harry Potter and The Half-blood Prince. The Globe was masterminded by Sam Wanamaker and his daughter Zoe played Roland Hooch – flying instructor and quidditch referee.   See views of the City of London School across the Thames, where actor Daniel Radcliffe attended.  Our itinerary also includes the iconic St. Paul’s Cathedral and film location very nearby. Enjoy excellent views of the famous London Eye on the river Thames, featured in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. We also visit Great Scotland Yard, the former headquarters of the London Metropolitan Police, which appeared in not one but two of the Harry Potter movies as the Ministry of Magic. And so much more! We end our tour at Leicester Square, for a great photo op with the statue of Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe on his broom. Each tour guest receives a free Harry Potter London film locations map!
